Jobbeschreibung:

The job involves ensuring the safe, punctual, and economical rail traffic by maintaining signaling and safety systems, evaluating and documenting results, and initiating follow-up measures. After qualification, the employee will take over technical and disciplinary leadership of assigned district employees and participate in cost and personnel planning.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

responsible for infrastructure facilities in the signaling and safety technology area in the regional care area
ensures safe, punctual, and economical rail traffic
conducts maintenance of signaling and safety systems
evaluates and documents results
initiates follow-up measures
takes over technical and disciplinary leadership of assigned district employees
participates in cost and personnel planning

Anforderungen:

successfully completed technical/university degree in electrical engineering, communications engineering, mechatronics or automation technology
alternatively, comparable qualification/field of study
experienced IHK master or team leader aiming for qualification as district manager
ideally possesses functional training as district manager/construction supervisor or willing to acquire it
initial professional experience in operational maintenance
ideally leadership experience
good knowledge of electrical engineering and/or signaling and safety technology
strong sense of responsibility, assertiveness, and motivation to take on leadership responsibilities
Class B driver's license
health suitability
