Jobbeschreibung:

3-year vocational training as a Kaufmann für Verkehrsservice (w/m/d) at DB Vertrieb GmbH in Weilheim (Upper Bavaria). The vocational school is located in Munich at Königsplatz. Additionally, seminars at DB Training in the Laim district of Munich are part of the training.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Advising customers on travel planning, ticket purchases, and service requests in DB travel centers
Basics of customer care and knowledge about travel offers and services
Being a fixed part of the team and embodying the host attitude
Handling modern communication and sales systems
Gaining insight into the railway operations and collaboration between various actors at the station

Anforderungen:

Successful completion of school with a recognized German school diploma
Customer and service orientation
Enjoyment of interacting with people from different cultures
Good foreign language skills
Ability to remain calm and maintain an overview in difficult situations
Responsible, reliable, solution-oriented, and enjoys teamwork
Willingness to work shifts and weekends
