As a Küchenleiter:in, you will lead operations at DB Betriebsgastronomie in Munich as part of Deutsche Bahn's customer service and gastronomy team. Responsibilities include ensuring high-quality food production, managing inventory, and maintaining hygienic standards. Applicants should have a background in culinary arts and strong organizational skills.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Responsible for the timely and quality production and provision of warm meals and snacks at the casino, conference service, and special events
Ensuring the defined range of products and proper presentation or stocking of serving stations
Developing food plans, recipes, and calculations according to current guidelines
Monitoring inventory and expiration dates
Ordering goods and conducting inventories
Cleaning the workspace, kitchen, serving area, and tools while adhering to hygiene guidelines (HACCP)
Maintaining cleaning and disinfection plans

Anforderungen:

Successfully completed training as a chef
Several years of professional experience
Service-oriented working style
Motivated to tackle challenges in a team and physically resilient
Strong communication skills
Organizational talent
Good PC knowledge, including MS Office, calculation programs, cash register systems, and online ordering systems
Familiarity with tablets
Passion for the profession
Team player and flexible
