• Conduct train and shunting operations in regional passenger transport in compliance with applicable guidelines, regulations, and instructions
• Ensure passengers reach their destination safely, on time, and comfortably
• Transmit passenger information securely to contribute to high service quality
• Prepare trains properly, assist customers, and collaborate closely with other partners in the transport process
• Identify and resolve disruptions and irregularities
• Ensure technical readiness of trains for departure (coupling, brake test)

• Successful completion of retraining or qualification as a train driver with a valid EU train driver's license class TFV AB
• Completed vocational training as a railway worker in operational service as a train driver and transport or a commercial/technical vocational training is desirable
• Demonstrated unrestricted operational fitness according to European TfV
• High service orientation and friendly demeanor
• Willingness to work irregular shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Good German language skills in speaking and writing (at least B2 level)

Completed vocational training as a railway worker in operational service as a train driver and transport or a commercial/technical vocational training
