Jobbeschreibung:

Internship at DB InfraGO AG in Berlin-Mitte focusing on operation and development. Opportunity to gain experience in IT system management, agile methods, and project documentation. Responsibilities include supporting software testing, user support, and contributing to software development and business processes.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

You support the Operation & Development team in the operation and further development of systems for the management of maintenance vehicles of DB InfraGO AG
You independently design and describe requirements for existing IT systems and support release planning and sprints
You take on or accompany the testing of implemented software functions and assist users with support inquiries
You also support software development and business transformation
You independently document project results and manage cross-departmental communication including user training related to IT systems
You assist in the preparation and follow-up of appointments, creation of documents, schedules, and process charts.

Anforderungen:

You are studying industrial engineering, business informatics, or a comparable course of study
You are interested in agile working methods and ideally already have first practical experience in this area
You have very good knowledge of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, and ideally experience with SharePoint
You are open to new topics and have a quick grasp
Your independent, structured way of working and high-quality orientation characterize you
You bring a high level of commitment and initiative
Your teamwork and communication skills round off your profile.
