The job involves managing documentation for a construction project, ensuring quality and efficiency in document handling, and participating in project management activities.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

analysis, preparation and implementation of requirement-compliant document management (DMS) in the project processing of a construction project
structuring and organizing documents holistically
optimizing processes
ensuring quality across departments
optimizing workflows
planning and implementing a holistic documentation concept
creating, further developing and implementing work instructions, tutorials and project standards on the subject of documentation
ensuring complete and timely filing of project documentation in the document management system (DMS) of DB InfraGO AG
regularly reporting on the development progress of the system
identifying potential for improvement
suggesting optimizations for file storage systems
participating in project management and ad hoc status and coordination meetings

Anforderungen:

successfully completed university degree in process management / documentation / information management or a comparable technical or commercial degree
ideally first professional experience in a similar field
organizational talent
secure handling of document management software
sound knowledge of MS Office 365
motivation to create order with digital systems and regulated processes
affinity for IT systems
enjoyment of teamwork
networking skills
confident appearance
high quality standards
proactive and committed
negotiation-proof German language skills in word and writing
