The position involves a qualification program preparing the candidate for a leadership role as a district manager in infrastructure maintenance, ensuring smooth rail traffic. The role includes both office and fieldwork, with responsibilities in planning, inspections, and technical oversight.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Planning and conducting inspections for infrastructure maintenance
Conducting inspections with responsible parties
Commissioning and monitoring maintenance measures
Preparing for technical responsibility for assigned infrastructure
Creating evaluations in SAP
Participating in analyses of disruptions
Working both in the office and on-site

Anforderungen:

Studying Electrical and Information Technology or a comparable degree
First practical experience in project management through internships, apprenticeships, or similar
Proficiency in MS Office applications
Class B driver's license
Fluent German (C1 level)
Willingness to take on leadership responsibilities
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to handle stressful situations
Willingness to work on-site and in the field
