The job involves working as a working student in the field of qualification at DB InfraGO AG in Frankfurt am Main. The tasks include gaining insight into professional qualification, producing digital training materials, supporting the learning management system, developing new training concepts, and taking on independent sub-projects.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Gaining insight into the professional qualification of our employees in the field of tension between technological innovations, demographic change and employee availability
Participation in the production of digital training materials, especially web-based training and instructional videos
Support for our learning management system
Participation in the development and implementation of new training concepts for operational functions, such as Blended Learning
Taking on independent sub-projects
Professional preparation of ideas and strategies in PowerPoint presentations and other documents for different target groups

Anforderungen:

Studying preferably Educational Sciences, Media Pedagogy, Instructional Design, Computer Science, Media Design with an interest in qualification
First practical experience in the field of professional personnel development or employee qualification
Willingness to take responsibility and prove reliability
Skilled in using MS Office, especially PowerPoint
Ideally, experience with authoring tools or video programs
Ability to work independently and with curiosity
Enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and with a variety of interfaces
