The job involves supporting the team leader in the bus operation department of F. Müller Omnibusunternehmen in Heilbronn. The role includes various operational tasks and customer service duties.

Verantwortlichkeiten:

Supporting the team leader in onboarding new employees
Assisting in the customer center with handling lost property and fare revenue accounting
Participating in the care of employees in the driving service
Taking on operational tasks relevant to the driving operation

Anforderungen:

Studying in an advanced semester of Verkehrsbetriebswirtschaftslehre, Betriebswirtschaftslehre, Volkswirtschaftslehre, Sozialwissenschaften, Ingenieurwesen or a comparable degree with a focus on mobility or transport
Proficient knowledge of MS Office
Good communication skills, team spirit, organizational talent, and enjoyment of working with people
German language skills at least C1 level
Possession of a Class B driver's license
