Description du poste:

The position involves responsibilities related to accounting, administrative tasks, cost tracking, and collaboration with the Financial and Administrative Manager. Based in Bron, this interim role lasts 6 months, with annual salary negotiable based on experience.

Responsabilités:

Preparing, verifying, and validating commercial invoices
Recording, validating, entering, and paying supplier invoices and expense reports
Assisting in client follow-ups
Validating client and supplier accounts upon creation
Entering diverse accounting entries
Producing bank reconciliation statements
Recording asset invoices in the B1 module
Verifying inter-company accounts
Preparing and sending declarations (e.g., DEB/DES, taxes like TVS, etc.)
Participating in cost tracking (reporting, monitoring tables)
Preparing elements for monthly or closing work
Managing bank guarantees
Carrying out various administrative tasks such as correspondence, work sheets, time sheets (cleaning), and mail in colleagues' absence

Exigences:

Experience required: 5 years minimum on a similar role
Bachelor’s degree (Bac+2)
Knowledge of accounting rules and principles, and group procedures
Knowledge of fiscal rules
Proficiency in data collection and processing with attention to deadlines and reliability
Mastery of office and accounting software, fiscal ERP SAPB1
Operational proficiency in English
