Italian Content Moderator

The Content Moderator is responsible for keeping the online world engaging, appropriate, and safe. This role requires strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication skills in Italian and most importantly empathy. As an Italian Content Moderator, you will be reviewing content such as videos, news stories, still pictures, political ads, and social media profiles, with the aim to enforce the client's policies, and then use these policies to support the overall business. • Review and moderate user-generated content posted on social media platforms, including comments, messages, and posts, to ensure compliance with community guidelines and standards
• Implement and enforce company policies and community guidelines consistently to maintain a safe and welcoming online environment
• Engage with users professionally and promptly to address inquiries, concerns, or complaints, demonstrating excellent communication and customer service skills
• Provide insights, feedback, and suggestions for improving moderation processes and policies based on your observations and experiences
• Monitor social media trends, online conversations, and emerging issues to anticipate potential moderation challenges and address them effectively
• Participate in employee assistance programs and training to foster the well-being of you and the employee community

• PC literacy
• At least a high school diploma or equivalent
• Fluency in Italian and advanced level in English

Previous experience in customer service would be considered as a plus
