As a commercieel medewerker binnendienst, you play a pivotal role in the sales process by ensuring smooth operations, handling client inquiries, and maintaining order accuracy. You'll work with retailers, distributors, and service providers within a collaborative and supportive team environment.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Support the sales process and ensure smooth transactions
act as the first point of contact for retailers, consumers, and technical service providers
maintain relationships with distributor agents
handle customer orders and complaints
identify stock problems
manage sales price lists, action prices, and customer details
oversee customer-specific product files
process service requests and returns appropriately.

Vereisten:

Experience with MS Office and ERP-software
team player
proactive mindset
interest in air treatment products
clear communication skills
MBO or HBO work and thinking level
excellent command of Dutch and English
knowledge of German or French is a plus.
