As a Helpende Plus at Cordaan Amsterdamse Poort, you'll make a difference in the daily lives of seniors with dementia or age-related illnesses. You provide hands-on care and support, collaborating with colleagues and maintaining detailed reports. Flexibility in shifting between day and evening shifts is required.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

providing personal care for clients, including ADL support and administering medication
creating clear reports to keep colleagues informed about client status
participating in day starts and shift changeovers
flexible in switching between day and evening shifts

Vereisten:

a completed education as Helpende Plus (for administering medication) and experience with ADL and medication
clear communication skills and an independent working attitude
empathy to understand and manage the complexity of dementia and age-related illnesses
