As a machine operator, you play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by ensuring smooth operations and adhering to high-quality standards. Your tasks range from machine setup to product finishing, including manual processes, quality control, and addressing technical issues.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Composing ingredients based on precise instructions
Setting up machines correctly and monitoring the process's progress and quality
Performing manual tasks like weighing ingredients, processing semi-finished products, and finishing products
Organizing the production process and maintaining a clean workspace
Conducting inspections to identify any deviations
Solving minor technical malfunctions independently
Escalating complex technical issues to the technical service team
Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality regulations

Vereisten:

Experience as an operator in a production environment
Comfortable in a dynamic work environment
Independent and proactive, but willing to support colleagues
Result-oriented and detail-focused, especially regarding quality standards
Technical background
Flexible availability for a 2-shift system
