The role involves managing purchase invoices, ensuring proper linkage to purchase orders, maintaining creditor sub-administration, and coordinating internally to approve invoices. This position offers long-term stability within an established international organization.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Processing purchase invoices
Linking purchase invoices to orders or booking them directly in the general ledger
Maintaining creditors sub-administration
Following up on outstanding invoices not processed correctly
Communicating internally to ensure invoice approval
Performing other financial administrative tasks.

Vereisten:

Experience with financial-administrative tasks
Completed Mbo-education
Good command of Dutch and English, German is a plus
Works accurately and has an eye for detail
Ability to work independently and in a team
Communicatively skilled
Proficient in MS-Office suite.

Prettig om te hebben:
