Payroll & Customer Administrator

• Responsible for the full payroll administration of temporary workers
• Ensuring correct drafting of employment contracts and technical setup of clients in the system
• Point of contact for legal and administrative questions
• Preparing social documents
• Daily contact with internal colleagues, temporary workers, clients, and external organizations
• Contributing to process improvements
• Maintaining and improving expertise in social legislation

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, social law, or accounting or equivalent experience
• Experience in payroll administration or a social secretariat is a plus
• Knowledge and/or interest in social legislation related to wage and labor law
• Familiarity with numbers and analytical thinking
• Result-oriented and sense of responsibility
• Open to new technologies and interested in digitalization
• Customer- and solution-oriented
• Structured and organized with an eye for detail
• Good listening skills and discretion
• Fluent in Dutch and basic French

• Experience in payroll administration or a social secretariat
• Interest in digitalization
