This job offers the opportunity to work and learn on the job as a pedagogisch medewerker. You will guide children, help them grow, and gain hands-on experience while pursuing your diploma in childcare. Benefits include good mentorship, paid education, an end-of-year bonus, and a pension plan.

Functieverantwoordelijkheden:

Work at a daycare center before starting school, assisting with getting to know children, parents, and colleagues
Ensure children feel safe and secure
Actively listen and be responsive to children's signals
Create and implement creative activities to match children’s interests
Maintain communication with parents about their children's day
Conduct 4-8 hours of self-study per week.

Vereisten:

You are available 3 days per week (+1 day school)
You already have an MBO diploma in another field or an HBO-propedeuse
You have proficiency in Dutch language (spoken and written, level 3F)
You can combine work and learning with your personal life
You love children and their development
You are empathetic and able to create a warm and safe atmosphere.
