Job Description:

The A/R Specialist will manage the timely and accurate collection of customer receivables for the Organization. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the collection, processing, and reconciliation of outstanding receivables. The position supports the Company’s objectives through building relationships with customers, working cross-functionally with departments, and monitoring and reporting on key performance indicators.

Job Responsibility:

  • Monitor the accurate and timely generation of customer invoices
  • Review and verify the accuracy of invoices and other billing documents
  • Maintain consistent communication with customer contacts
  • Reconciliation of assigned customer accounts
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries related to billing discrepancies
  • Prepare and maintain accounts receivable reporting
  • Monitor and track customer payment trends
  • Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities
  • Support internal and external audits
  • Stay up to date with industry best practices and regulations

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Account Coding
  • Adept at using Accounting Software Systems
  • Experience with ADP - Financial Services
  • Knowledge of Concur software
  • Familiarity with ERP Solutions
  • Well-versed with Accounting Functions
  • Experience in managing Accounts Payable (AP)
  • Proficiency in handling Accounts Receivable (AR)
  • Strong Auditing skills
  • Expertise in Billing Functions
