Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Manage full-cycle accounts payable processes, ensuring accurate and timely payments
Perform monthly accruals and assist in financial statement preparation
Maintain fixed asset records and reconcile related accounts
Assist with month-end and year-end closing procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support financial reporting requirements

Requirements:

Proficiency in QuickBooks software
experience with QuickBooks Online preferred
Solid understanding of full-cycle accounts payable processes
Ability to handle accruals and maintain fixed asset records accurately
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Nice to have:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
Prior experience within the defense contracting industry is a plus
CPA certification or progress towards certification is advantageous
