Job Description:

The AP Clerk will play a key role in processing invoices, supporting vendors, and assisting in the implementation of new procure-to-pay systems. This position requires a detail-oriented professional who can handle high-volume invoice processing while maintaining accuracy and compliance with company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Handle a high volume of invoices, ensuring timely and accurate processing using a 3-way matching process
assist vendors by researching payment statuses, resolving discrepancies, and addressing inquiries
adapt to and support the transition from Concur to Microsoft D365 and Coupa
identify and suggest improvements to optimize workflow efficiency during and after ERP implementation
work closely with internal teams across three operational divisions to resolve invoicing and payment issues
monitor transactions for accuracy, flag potential errors, and ensure adherence to company policies

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required
associate degree in Accounting or related field preferred
1+ year of accounts payable experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment with 3-way matching
prior experience with Coupa, Microsoft D365, or other ERP systems is a plus
strong attention to detail
ability to research and resolve invoice and payment discrepancies
comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with new systems and processes

Nice to have:

Prior experience with Coupa, Microsoft D365, or other ERP systems
