Accounts Payable Specialist

• Process invoices, reconcile accounts, and ensure accuracy in entries using Yardi software
• Match invoices with purchase orders and other supporting documentation
• Respond to vendor inquiries and resolve discrepancies in payment or account status in a timely manner
• Assist in preparing payment runs and perform account reconciliations
• Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
• Support month-end close by providing necessary AP documentation and reconciliations
• Maintain organized records of transactions and historical data for auditing purposes

• Prior experience in accounts payable tasks, with a strong background in property management accounting
• Proficiency with Yardi software is required
• High attention to detail and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Intermediate-to-advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field preferred but not required
