Job Description:

The Admin Assistant at The Ritz-Carlton Sanya Yalong Bay will be responsible for entering and retrieving information from computer databases, operating standard office equipment, preparing documents, handling mail, maintaining filing systems, and ensuring the delivery of The Ritz-Carlton's Gold Standards. The role involves maintaining professional appearance, confidentiality, and positive working relationships, while also supporting team goals and addressing guest needs.

Job Responsibility:

Requirements:

  • Enter and retrieve information contained in computer databases
  • Operate standard office equipment
  • Prepare letters, memos, and other documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, or presentation software
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail
  • Create and maintain computer- and paper-based filing and organization systems
  • Compile, copy, sort, and file records
  • Follow all company policies and procedures
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information
  • Welcome and acknowledge all guests according to company standards
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others
