We are excited to announce a unique opportunity for an AI Value & Adoption Lead - Copilot to join our Data & AI team. In this pivotal new role, you will lead YBS’s Copilot journeychampioning Copilot adoption, inspiring new use cases and ensuring measurable business impact from Copilot implementation. You will work in partnership with business leaders and colleagues to embed Copilot across the organisation and maximising value. Job Responsibility

  • Drive Copilot Adoption: Partner with business leaders to identify, prioritise and inspire high-impact Copilot use cases across all areas of YBS
  • Lead the Copilot Value Framework: Conduct assessments to measure and communicate the business outcomes of Copilot initiatives, ensuring alignment with organisational goals and ethical standards
  • Track and Report Value: Establish robust mechanisms to track, report, and communicate the value delivered by Copilot, providing actionable insights to leadership
  • Champion Skills Development: Design and deliver engaging training sessions to upskill business teams and leaders in Copilot capabilities, transformative impact, and responsible use
  • Inspire and Scale Use Cases: Maintain a dynamic portfolio of Copilot use cases, regularly sharing success stories and lessons learned to inspire further adoption and innovation
  • Foster a Copilot Community: Build and nurture a network of Copilot champions across the business, encouraging collaboration, feedback, and continuous improvement
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up to date with industry trends, market innovations, and external benchmarks, establishing yourself as a recognised Copilot leader both within and outside YBS

Requirements

  • Proven ability to lead Copilot or similar technology adoption and drive change across diverse stakeholder groups
  • Demonstrable skills in identifying, piloting, and scaling Copilot use cases, with evidence of delivering data-driven outcomes
  • Experience designing and delivering Copilot training and enablement programs
  • Broad knowledge of data and information landscapes, best practice operating models, and the AI/ ML lifecycle
  • Familiarity with data and AI governance, ethics, and risk management
  • Strong influencing skills to inspire Copilot champions and foster a culture of innovation
