Job Description:

Job Responsibility:

Correspond with clients and opposing counsel
Supporting attorneys and staff within the practice groups department
Legal research and drafting of a wide range of legal documents
Analyze and summarize legal documents
Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-pressure environment, to prioritize client matters and adapt to quick changes while remaining diligent through each task performed

Requirements:

Licensed attorney
Excellent academic credentials and references
Strong communication skills, both verbally and in writing
Must possess analytical, legal research and writing skills
Adeptness in Commercial Transaction
Experience with Purchase Agreements
Deep understanding of corporate governance
Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) experience
Real estate law experience
Foundational knowledge in Commercial Contracts
