Job Description:

Barbacks at The Vinoy Resort & Golf Club Autograph Collection are responsible for supporting food and beverage operations to provide a unique and memorable guest experience.

Job Responsibility:

Setting tables
assisting the kitchen
cleaning work areas and replenishing supplies
ensuring a safe workplace
upholding quality standards
professional communication and personal appearance.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
no related work experience
previous experience in a food and beverage environment preferred
ability to move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance and 50 pounds with assistance
ability to be on feet and moving for extended periods of time
ability to reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.

Nice to have:

Previous experience in a food and beverage environment
