Job Description:

Our bartenders are responsible for creating a unique and memorable guest experience while ensuring the bar operates efficiently, maintaining high standards of service, and building strong relationships within the hotel and community. The position requires passion for guest service, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

Build a memorable and unique experience for guests
Stay updated on new trends and guest needs
Take ownership of guest service
Maintain bar functionality and appearance
Build relationships across the hotel and in the community
Ensure adherence to company policies and confidentiality
Maintain a professional uniform and personal appearance
Perform physical tasks such as lifting and moving objects up to 25 pounds

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 1 year of related work experience
No supervisory experience
No license or certification required

Nice to have:

Fine dining experience
