Job Description:

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Marketing Manager/Brand Manager to join their team on a part-time contract (4 days per week) basis for approximately 6 months. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic and growing company that is passionate about improving oral health worldwide.

Job Responsibility:

Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to support the launch of new products and services
Manage the day-to-day activities of marketing campaigns, including creative development, media planning, budget management, and performance tracking
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including agencies, media partners, and influencers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and clinical affairs, to ensure successful product launches and marketing initiatives
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing key metrics and identifying areas for improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in marketing or brand management, with a strong focus on FMCG
Experience in the oral health care industry is preferred
Proven ability to develop and execute successful marketing campaigns
Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools

Nice to have:

Experience in digital marketing, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), and content marketing
Experience in working with clinical teams and healthcare professionals
Experience in managing budgets and resources effectively
Passion for oral health and a desire to make a positive impact on people's lives
