Job Responsibility

Work with the Data warehousing – Business Intelligence Analytics projects as a Data Analyst, Data Mapper, development of reports and design of Data visualization & Dashboards
Managing all internal and external stake holders for complete life cycle of the project: Business users, Source, PMO
Working with the business team and business analyst to understand requirements and translate them into technical requirements
Responsible for end-to-end delivery of the Business Intelligence project on solution, design and delivery
Perform analysis and effort estimation
Providing leadership to the technology team in development of standards, reporting and monitoring system with the aim of providing high quality service and optimization of performance
Work under supervision
Travel and/or Relocation to various unanticipated client sites throughout USA is required

5+ years of experience in business intelligence development, with a proven track record of delivering complex BI projects
Expertise in BI tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and SQL Server, with advanced knowledge of data modeling, data architecture, and ETL processes
Strong leadership skills with experience in managing projects and mentoring junior developers
Proficiency in SQL and experience with advanced data analysis techniques

Job Responsibility

Architect, design, and develop enterprise-wide BI solutions using tools such as Power BI, SSRS, and SQL Server
Lead the entire BI lifecycle, from gathering requirements to designing data models, creating dashboards, and deploying solutions
Optimize and enhance BI solutions for performance, scalability, and usability, ensuring data integrity and accuracy
Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights that drive strategic business decisions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including application developers, data analysts, and business stakeholders, to integrate BI solutions with other systems
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior BI developers, guiding them on best practices, tool usage, and professional growth
Manage ETL processes, ensuring efficient data flow and integration across various data sources
Continuously improve BI processes, tools, and standards within the organization
