Job Description:

Responsible for the overall management of a service segment of significant scope and complexity at the country, region or worldwide level. This includes development, implementation, and governance of product service or solution portfolio lifecycle management as well as revenue growth programs through appropriate routes to market.

Job Responsibility:

  • develop support plans on simple product families
  • represent services on product core teams and provide service requirements into product development
  • set product service metric goals, monitor product support business performance, and identify when corrective action is required
  • collaborate with regions/WW regarding service and support planning, implementation and performance
  • report on business performance

Requirements:

  • 1+ years experience in directly related business
  • first level university degree or equivalent work experience
  • moderate knowledge of IT and services industry
  • basic organizational, analytical and communication skills
