Job Description:

My client is an international law firm, and they are looking to recruit a Catastrophic Injury Senior Associate for their expanding Catastrophic Injury department in Birmingham. The team covers every aspect of a claim, including liability investigations, policy coverage assessments, quantum assessments for all levels of multi-track claims. There are plenty of opportunities for career development. The idea is to get you to Legal Director.

Job Responsibility:

assisting on a variety and running a caseload of large loss work ranging from RTA, EL/PL, and indemnity
working alongside highly regarded Partners
maintaining and developing client relationships
seeking and developing new clients and relationships
running your own large loss files
mentoring and supporting NQs and junior team members

Requirements:

previous defendant PI experience
claimant solicitor looking to get into a defendant role
