Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Community & Stakeholder Administrator to support a communications team within a leading essential services and infrastructure provider. This hands-on role involves assisting with community communications, preparing and distributing work notices, coordinating with project teams, and engaging with local residents.

Job Responsibility:

  • Assist in organising community communications
  • Prepare and distribute work notices
  • Liaise with stakeholders and project teams
  • Coordinate access for planned works

Requirements:

  • C-Class Driver Licence and previous administration experience
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter with great attention to detail
  • Comfortable taking direction and working in a fast-paced environment
