Office Angels are currently recruiting for a Corporate Receptionist for our client based in Wokingham. The role is on a 12-month fixed term basis initially, working Monday to Thursday, 36 hours per week with an unpaid one-hour lunch break.
Job Responsibility:
Welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner and direct them appropriately
Coordinate with catering and events teams regarding events and meeting room co-ordination
Sign in visitors and issue badges
Manage visitor schedule
Support with events when available
Oversee car EV charging points
Perform additional administrative tasks as required
Requirements:
Previous experience working as a Corporate Receptionist is desirable
Skilled with IT, using various software packages
SIA license preferred or full training will be given
Excellent communication skills
Friendly and approachable
Highly organised and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in all tasks
Proactive and takes initiative to solve problems and support where needed
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and excel along with other relevant software tools
Team Player
Adaptable, able to handle a busy working environment
Nice to have:
SIA license preferred or full training will be given
