Cover Teacher

• Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher, ensuring students remain on task and engaged
• Deliver pre-prepared lessons, ensuring students understand the tasks and complete their work
• Maintain a positive, productive classroom environment and promote good behavior
• Provide assistance and support to students, helping them stay focused and motivated
• Liaise with school staff to ensure smooth transitions between lessons and effective student support
• Assist with the day-to-day management of students and contribute to a positive school atmosphere

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage a classroom
• A proactive, positive attitude and the ability to stay calm under pressure
• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is desirable but not essential
• Flexibility and the ability to adapt to different subjects and school environments
• A passion for supporting young people and contributing to their learning and development
