Job Responsibility:

Managing outbound renewal reminder calls to the existing customers of Iffco Tokio General Insurance for various products like Car and Health Insurance
identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction
focus on objection handling to increase renewal conversion rate
entering correct customer feedback and disposition in CRM screens

Requirements:
