Job Description:

Designation: Data Entry Operator. This is a contractual role for one year, located in Sector-18, Noida. The role includes managing outbound renewal reminder calls, handling objections to improve conversion rates, and updating customer feedback in CRM screens.

Job Responsibility:

Managing outbound renewal reminder calls to the existing customers of Iffco Tokio General Insurance for various products like Car and Health Insurance
Identifying and assessing customers' needs to achieve customer satisfaction
Focus on objection handling to increase renewal conversation rate
Entering correct customer feedback and disposition in CRM Screens.

Requirements:

Contractual role for one year
Day Shift (9am-6pm)
6 working days
Managing outbound renewal reminder calls to existing customers
Identifying and assessing customer needs
Focus on objection handling to increase renewal conversion rate
