Job Description:

We are in search of a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team, based in West Sacramento, California. In this role, you will provide technical assistance to a diverse group of users, addressing both hardware and software issues on Windows and Mac devices. You will also be responsible for managing Active Directory tasks and ensuring seamless operation in a Google Suite environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage and resolve technical issues related to Windows and Mac devices
  • Implement effective troubleshooting methods for hardware and software problems
  • Oversee Active Directory accounts, ensuring correct permissions are in place
  • Provide comprehensive support for Google Suite applications and their integration

Requirements:
