Job Description:

We are HIRING a skilled and dedicated Dual License Millwright/Electrician or Electro mechanic Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation of all plant equipment and machinery. This critical role involves maintaining, installing, troubleshooting, and repairing production machinery, ensuring all systems are in peak condition and meeting safety and quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

  • Adhere to health, safety, and lockout/tagout regulations
  • Perform preventative maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on production machinery such as fillers, cartoners, and automated equipment
  • Fabricate and repair parts using shop equipment, including welding and lathe operations
  • Maintain accurate maintenance records and manage spare parts and materials inventory
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, engineering, safety) to meet KPIs

Requirements:

  • 442a Electrician License required (433a would be an asset)
  • PLC troubleshooting + robotics (FANUC)
  • Minimum 5 years of machine maintenance experience in a manufacturing setting
  • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Proficient in reading blueprints and schematic drawings
  • Ability to fabricate, design, and commission automated equipment

Nice to have:

  • 433a License
  • Experience with automation + Fanuc robotics
