Job Description:

Citibank, N.A. seeks an Engineering Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location. The role involves planning, implementing, upgrading, and monitoring IT security measures, assessing system vulnerabilities, and engineering secure application systems. The candidate will advise on security controls, evaluate new products and technologies, and collaborate with IT security and solution delivery teams. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.

Job Responsibility:

  • Plan, implement, upgrade, and monitor IT security measures
  • Engineer secure application systems, application security architecture, version control, automated code testing, database, data de-identification and tokenization, cloud containerization, APIs, application threat modeling, encryption, application controls, open-source software, and best practices for application security
  • Advise on security controls needed to design and enhance application systems for identity and access management, multifactor authentication, and vulnerability remediation
  • Use RSA SecurID and RSA Adaptive Authentication, Mainframe and Active Directory
  • Evaluate and recommend new products and technologies to address current and emerging IS risks affecting supported businesses
  • Assess cybersecurity risks and implement and customize solutions using CyberArk
  • Collaborate with IT security and IT solution delivery teams to integrate identity management solutions into development life cycle
  • Partner with engineering, infrastructure and dev-ops organizations to ensure security compliance with a ‘shift left’ mindset
  • Provide guidance on Oracle and Unix platforms, secure technology solutions including email encryption, access management and tools
  • Lead information security assessments on cloud computing technologies
  • Partner with business and technology regarding migrating systems to cloud providers including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Google Cloud, and RedHat Open Shift
  • Use Lean, Agile, and DevOps methodologies, DevOps CI/CD tools and security integrations
  • Communicate progress, anticipate bottlenecks and manage escalations
  • Identify, assess, track and mitigate issues and risks at various levels
  • Recognize discordant views and partake in constructive dialog to resolve them

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent in Engineering (any) or related field
  • 5 years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience as Cybersecurity Consultant, Identity & Access Management Analyst, Digital Software Engineer Lead Analyst, Analyst or related position involving Access Management
  • 3 years of experience in Cybersecurity, CyberArk implementation and customizations, Multifactor authentication, Identity and access management, Vulnerability management and remediation, RSA SecurID, Oracle, RSA Adaptive Authentication
  • 1 year of experience in Mainframe, Active Directory
