Job Description:

Perform scheduled preventative maintenance in guest rooms, meeting rooms, and public spaces. Maintain, repair, and clean all guest rooms. Perform miscellaneous minor repairs. Report serious maintenance problems or safety hazards. Follow company safety and security policies. Develop and maintain positive working relationships. Ensure adherence to quality expectations. Perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.

Requirements:
