Job Responsibility:
Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including managing their schedules, booking appointments, and handling correspondence
Efficiently manage complex calendars, ensuring all meetings and events are scheduled and coordinated seamlessly
Arrange travel plans, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries, ensuring all details are meticulously organised
Prepare, edit, and proofread documents, reports, and presentations with a keen eye for detail
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining clear and professional communication
Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality
Support office operations, including ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring a smooth work flow
Requirements:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a corporate environment
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Strong written and verbal communication abilities, with a professional demeanour
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software
High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks
Ability to anticipate needs, solve problems proactively, and work independently
Collaborative attitude with the ability to work well within a team
