Job Responsibility

Manage all Facility Management aspects in the store to optimise the value and efficiency of the property sustainably
Manage the implementation of Ingka Facility Management within the store through the Unit FM team
Responsible for each property to be managed throughout its lifetime including safety, compliance, maintenance, and improvement
Ensure co-workers, service providers, and external partners have up-to-date awareness of all Facility Management frameworks
Responsible for all activities related to asset management, long-term planning, budget estimation, implementation, follow-up, forecasting, and reporting
Implement and evaluate supplier contracts at the store level
Provide effective leadership and support to teams
Identify and develop skills within the department to secure succession planning

Job Responsibility

Act as main support for systems used by the Building Engineering Maintenance team such as CAFM system (Concept)

Provide appropriate training for staff on systems and the effective use of the following modules (Planned and Reactive maintenance programme, Work orders / Help Desk module, Service contracts module and Asbestos management modules)
EnsurE the data is accurately recorded and evident to enable the safe, effective, and efficient control of Building Engineering Maintenance tasks, workflows, and workforce
Production of timely and accurate BEM data
Monthly reporting of key performance indicators
