Financial services analyst

• Accounts Receivable Management
• Ensure accurate and timely processing of accounts receivable tasks
• Handle cash allocations, direct debits, and payments
• Work closely with Portfolio Management, Trade Finance, and other teams to address requests
• Manage contracts, invoices, and troubleshoot issues
• Meet deadlines for monthly closings and projects
• Perform monthly reconciliations and provide required reports
• Ensure all activities follow company policies
• Prepare for audits with necessary documentation
• Present performance data in regular meetings with stakeholders
• Support the Commercial Lending team in collections and managing overdue accounts
• Business Support
• Work daily with SAP, Azure, QlikSense, PowerBI and RPA to streamline processes and enhance reporting
• Identify and implement process improvements
• Suggest efficiency enhancements
• Train dealers to use our Dealer Portal effectively
• Share system and process knowledge with the team
• Stakeholder Management
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders and communicate effectively
• Maintain good cooperation with dealers, customers, and internal teams

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, or similar through experience
• Financial or accounting experience is a plus
• Knowledge of accounts receivable processes
• Experience with SAP is helpful
• Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel
• Fluent in Polish and English. Knowledge of (at least) one additional European language is a plus
• Proactive and open to change, with a focus on efficiency and digital tools

• Detail-oriented, analytical, and able to meet tight deadlines
• A flexible team player who thrives under pressure
