Job Description:

The role involves completing US Internship hours to develop pharmacy knowledge and skills, delivering exceptional patient care, supporting pharmacy operations, and preparing for licensure exams.

Job Responsibility:

Greet each customer in a courteous and professional manner
assist pharmacy and front store customers with their questions and concerns
resolve third party rejections and complete manual claim forms
deliver additional healthcare services as allowable by state regulation
coordinate training and development of Pharmacy Support Staff
counsel customers under the direct supervision of a pharmacist
comply with all federal and state laws
maintain customer/patient confidentiality
communicate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal care
support pharmacy management in motivating and developing staff
facilitate a team culture
organize pharmacy department
participate in operational meetings
align team around CVS values

Requirements:

High School Diploma or General Equivalent Development (GED)
Doctorate (PharmD) or equivalent Pharmacist degree from a Non-US accredited school of pharmacy
active Pharmacy Intern license in state where district is located
eligibility to immunize
0 to 3 years of prior work experience preferred
strong communication and presentation skills
