We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for a Front Desk Coordinator in Seattle, Washington. In this role, you will be primarily responsible for managing front desk operations within our facility, ensuring optimal organization and efficiency.

Job Responsibility:

  • Coordinate and manage all front desk activities
  • Handle incoming phone calls and redirect them as necessary
  • Organize and schedule meetings and events
  • Ensure the facility space is organized and well-maintained
  • Address and resolve any issues or inquiries related to front desk operations
  • Perform Receptionist duties as needed

Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role such as Front Desk Coordinator or Receptionist
  • Proficient in managing receptionist duties including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and greeting visitors
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficient in using office software including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
