Job Description:

Randstad is proud to announce our collaboration with a SSC for the consolidation team's set up. We are currently looking for Consolidation Accountant, who will report to the manager to support the newly setup of the shared service, migration of new countries and stablizing the internal process.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support group consolidation activities across the region, including subsidiaries, joint ventures, associates, and non-controlling interests
  • Prepare and maintain monthly consolidated financial statements for the group
  • Conduct financial analysis on group reports and assist with the implementation of new FRS standards
  • Contribute to workflow and process enhancements to improve efficiency
  • Coordinate with external auditors and assist in optimizing the consolidation system and related processes
  • Collaborate with operations finance teams to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the Group

Requirements:

  • ACCA qualification or a degree in Accountancy (or equivalent)
  • Preference for candidates with external audit experience (Big 4) and prior exposure to financial consolidation
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in complex group consolidation
  • Strong hands-on experience in preparing consolidated financial and management reports for large organizations
  • Self-motivated problem solver with the ability to work independently in a dynamic and complex environment
  • Detail-oriented, highly organized, and capable of managing multiple tasks effectively
  • Ability to collaborate in a multicultural setting and work with cross-functional teams across different geographies
  • Experience with consolidation software such as Magnitude, Cognos, or Hyperion is an added advantage
