Job Description:

The Growth Marketing Business Partner is instrumental in developing and executing strategies that contribute to the growth and profitability of the local region for Randstad Enterprise. The role involves strategic planning and collaboration to drive awareness, generate leads, and facilitate successful client engagements. It requires strong organizational skills, strategic thinking, marketing expertise, and a deep understanding of the local business market.

Job Responsibility:

  • Execute a comprehensive global growth strategy for driving the expansion of all Enterprise concepts in the region
  • Translate business goals into actionable ABSM-led marketing strategies
  • Develop lead generation programs for pre-qualified leads
  • Monitor and track ABSM data to identify and drive buying intent
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop integrated marketing plans
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer insights
  • Analyze marketing performance metrics and ROI
  • Communicate marketing plans, updates and results effectively to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, business administration or related field, or proven experience (3-5 years) in marketing, business development or strategic planning, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of key business functions such as sales, delivery, solution design/bids, etc.
  • Experience selling or marketing HR outsourcing solutions is a plus
  • English language with a second fluent language of either French or German
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders and drive consensus
  • Proven track record working with cross-functional projects and initiatives, from concept to execution
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data, extract insights and make data-driven decisions
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and effectively convey complex messages to diverse audiences
  • Experience working with teams remotely and across cultures, doing business globally
  • Working knowledge of marketing technologies such as Salesforce, Pardot, HubSpot, Highspot, Demandbase is a plus
