Job Description:

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for an HR Administrative Assistant in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida. In this role, you will play a key role in our HR team, providing administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of the HR department in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Handle incoming and outgoing communications, including telephone calls and mail
  • Accurately maintain and update HRIS system and other HR records
  • Provide support for inbound calls, efficiently answering and directing queries
  • Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software for HR administration tasks
  • Coordinate and direct visitors within the workplace as required
  • Manage office supplies and place orders as necessary
  • Perform accurate typing and filing tasks to support the HR department
  • Distribute faxes within the team and handle backup technologies
  • Provide backup support for other administrative desks when needed
  • Assist with leave administration and other specific HR tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Customer Service
  • Must be adept in using Microsoft Excel
  • Capable of effectively answering inbound calls
  • Demonstrated experience in Human Resources (HR) Administration
  • Should have excellent typing skills
  • Filing skills are a must
  • Ability to understand and write specifications
  • Must be able to distribute faxes efficiently
  • Knowledge of Backup Technologies is required
  • Willingness to work onsite
  • Experience with HRIS Systems is crucial
  • Ability to manage outgoing mail
  • Proficiency in using Workday software
  • Familiarity with Mindset Software is a plus
  • Must be able to direct visitors appropriately
  • Ability to provide clear explanations on complex issues
  • Should be able to maintain office supplies
  • Experience with Leave Administration.
