Job Responsibility

Set and deliver the HR systems roadmap, aligning to business strategy and value.
Oversee configuration, maintenance, upgrades and change control across all HR systems.

Manage vendors: SLAs, service delivery, commercials and issue escalation.
Lead, coach and develop a team of two (Systems Advisor and Systems Administrator).
Establish robust testing practice for releases, patches and new functionality.
Resolve complex, escalated issues and remove recurring root causes.
Build practical training, guides and comms that grow capability and adoption.
Lead change management for new implementations and major rollouts.
