Job Description:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented HR Recruiter for ongoing opportunities. The HR Recruiter will play a pivotal role in sourcing, screening, and recruiting top talent to meet organizational needs. This individual will collaborate closely with hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process while fostering a positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, has excellent interpersonal skills, and possesses a strong understanding of talent acquisition strategies.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to identify qualified candidates for current and future openings, utilizing job boards, social media, networking, and other sourcing platforms
  • Conduct initial phone screens and interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit
  • Craft compelling job descriptions and post openings on appropriate platforms to attract a diverse pool of candidates
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for critical and frequently filled roles to anticipate future hiring needs
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, provide updates during the hiring process, and offer strategic input to improve recruitment outcomes
  • Promote the organization as an employer of choice by highlighting its values, culture, and career opportunities in all candidate interactions
  • Ensure all recruitment practices comply with federal, state, and local regulations as well as company policies
  • Assist in the onboarding process to set new hires up for success
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill and candidate retention to identify areas for improvement

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • Proven experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related HR function
  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of full-cycle recruitment and employer branding best practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with an ability to represent the organization professionally to candidates
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or AIRS certifications are a plus
