The In-Business Risk and Control Analyst role will act as a point of contact for certain risk programs for the supporting functions within BOSS organization across multiple locations. The role directly reports to the BOSS Controls Budapest Team Lead and works closely with stakeholders from BOSS and the Global Shared Operation Controls Team to manage, lead and as necessary design the various risk and control programs.
Job Responsibility:
Provide subject matter expertise, project management oversight and act as single point of contact for all areas of delegated responsibility within the team
Examine, develop and maintain detailed control documentation, procedures, key metrics and evidence, contribute to various control forums and meetings as needed
Facilitate and lead cross-functional meetings to advise Senior BOSS Management and functional stakeholders on general risk and control matters
identify and advise on the controls to be put in place to address these
Manage, own and proactively drive results for wide range of Risk and Control activities (including but not limited to: Manager’s Control Assessment – MCA, End User Computing program (EUC), Mandatory Absence coordination)
Support the MCA Program Leads and Risk Assessment (RA) tasks on demand, this can include overseeing and monitoring testing
actively streamlining and improving MCA control framework, driving forward control enhancement initiatives, and investigating control failures, performing relevant MCA testing

project management experience is a plus
Excellent analytic and creative problem-solving skills, ability to leverage technology tools
Self-motivated and detail oriented, demonstrated ability to manage complex environment and processes
Outstanding relationship building and relationship management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on MS Excel and Power Point
Bachelor’s degree or higher or the candidate should have proven equivalent work experience
